You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service.
You do not acquire ownership rights under any circumstance, including:
- Payment for access
- Use of the service
- Submission of feedback or ideas
4. User Data & Output Ownership
You retain ownership of:
- Data you upload
- Outputs generated from your data
However, you acknowledge:
- The processing logic, transformation methods, and formatting systems remain proprietary
- You are granted no rights to replicate or reuse the system
You may use output commercially, but you may NOT:
- Recreate or clone this tool
- Build or offer a competing service
- Reverse engineer outputs to replicate system behavior
5. Acceptable Use & Rate Limiting
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze system behavior
- Scrape, automate, or overload the system
- Bypass authentication or payment systems
- Upload malicious content
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
Rate Limiting (Abuse Prevention): To protect our third-party data providers (e.g., Scryfall), usage is strictly limited to 20 CSV conversions per 15 minutes per IP address. Exceeding this limit will result in a temporary block.
6. Third-Party Services
This platform depends on third-party services, including but not limited to:
- APIs (e.g., Scryfall)
- Payment processors (e.g., PayPal)
- Authentication providers (e.g., Google)
We are not responsible for:
- Data accuracy
- Downtime or outages
- Changes to third-party services
7. Data Accuracy & Responsibility
This tool performs automated transformations. We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of converted data
- Pricing calculations or rounding outcomes
- Image correctness or availability
- Compatibility with third-party platforms
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use.
💳 8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
8.1 Payment Models
The service may be offered as:
- A one-time lifetime purchase
- A recurring subscription (e.g., $10/month)
8.2 Subscription Billing (IMPORTANT)
By selecting a subscription:
- You authorize automatic recurring billing
- You agree to pay regardless of usage
Failure to use the service does NOT:
- Pause billing
- Cancel your subscription
- Entitle you to a refund
You are purchasing access, not usage.
8.3 Cancellation Responsibility
You are solely responsible for canceling your subscription.
- Cancellation must occur before the next billing cycle
- Failure to cancel results in continued billing
- No refunds will be issued for missed cancellations
8.4 No Prorated Refunds
We do not provide:
- Partial refunds
- Prorated billing
- Credits for unused time
All billing cycles are considered fully earned once started.
8.5 Payment Failures
If a payment fails:
- We may retry billing
- Access may be suspended or terminated
- Future access may be restricted
8.6 Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback:
- Access may be immediately revoked
- You may be permanently banned
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using records including:
- Login and usage logs
- Payment confirmations
- Acceptance of these Terms
8.7 Pricing Changes
We may modify pricing at any time. Changes apply to future billing cycles. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8.8 Lifetime Purchase Terms
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the service, not the user. We do not guarantee perpetual availability.

- Platform bans
- Listing removals
- Buyer disputes
If used for proxy items, replicas, or non-authentic goods, you assume all risk and responsibility.
14. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
