Refund Policy

Summary: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated billing for any reason. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through PhoenixGroup — including one-time lifetime access and monthly subscriptions — are final and non-refundable.
This applies regardless of:
- How frequently you use the service
- Whether you use the service at all after purchasing
- Changes to features, pricing, or availability
2. No Refunds, No Exceptions
We do NOT provide:
- Full refunds
- Partial refunds
- Prorated billing or credits
- Refunds for unused time on subscriptions
- Refunds due to dissatisfaction
- Refunds for accidental purchases
You are purchasing access to the service, not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
3. Subscription Cancellation
If you are on a monthly subscription:
- You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account
- Cancellation stops future billing only
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refund is issued for the current or any past billing cycle
It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
4. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the service, not the purchaser. A lifetime purchase:
- Grants access as long as the service is operational
- Is non-refundable under all circumstances
- Does not guarantee perpetual availability
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal or your bank:
- Your access will be immediately revoked
- Your account may be permanently banned
- We will dispute the chargeback using all available records, including:
- Your agreement to these terms (logged electronically)
- Login and usage history
- Payment confirmation records
- This Refund Policy and T&C acceptance
6. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment
Before completing any purchase, you are required to check a box confirming:
- You have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions
- You have read and agree to this Refund Policy
- You understand all sales are final
This acknowledgment is recorded and timestamped.
